Green Acre Appraisals is a trusted personal property appraisal agency specializing in livestock, farm equipment, heavy equipment, and more. We assist individuals selling their property, CPAs, bankers, attorneys, trustees, and those involved in estate planning.
Cody is the proud owner of Green Acre Land Group and has been selling and auctioning properties for 7 years. He specializes in Online Auctions & Traditional listings. He currently became a Traditional Auctioneer by studying & completing his Auctioneering with the Missouri Auction School. He also passed his certification for personal property appraisals with the Certified Appraisers Guild of America. Cody is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.
